LIGHTING

Lighting control installed was designed, engineered, tested and commissioned by our in-house engineers, the  lighting control allows control of patient rooms by 2 or more switches and the nurse call controller, the patient room lighting is controlled by a switch and absence sensor, this sensor turns off the light if a patient forgets to turn off light.

Presence detection is also set up in other non patient or staff area’s. The Hallways of the wards are controlled by a programmable touch screen located near the Nurses station so the lighting is able to be dimmed or turned off to suit the time of day.

The Emergency/Exit Lighting is also connected to the Dali system and is connected to the Hospital communications network, the testing of this system can be operated remotely from the build and test results are stared on the head end PC.
