Project Manager

CBR

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects.

This position requires strong expertise across the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Material procurement and subcontractor management
  • Labour planning, resource management, and forecasting
  • Cost control, reporting, and financial forecasting
  • Commissioning planning and delivery
  • Implementation and management of HSEQ systems and protocols
  • Oversight of shop drawings and submittal processes
  • Contract administration and commercial management
  • Programme planning and schedule management

Experience in industrial, high-voltage (HV), data centre, or other mission-critical electrical environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with Procore will be considered an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain security clearance.

Senior Service Electrician

With a growing portfolio of high-profile clients, Shepherd is looking to welcome a skilled and motivated Service Electrician to our ‘Maintain’ team.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and industrial sites
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and safely
  • Carry out minor upgrades, repairs, and compliance works
  • Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance to apprentices or junior technicians where required
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • A current ACT Electrical Licence
  • Proven experience in electrical service and maintenance (commercial/industrial)
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
  • High standards of workmanship and safety compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Current driver’s licence
  • White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica Awareness & Working with Asbestos competencies
  • EWP Yellow card
